Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM releases your true potential and helps you to develop and use your own body power. TCM is art of balance, wellness, and harmony. TCM is one of the oldest treatment in the world, and although it has been introduced by east Asians, however it developed in last centuries. ​It has eight key principles:

  • Yin

  • Yang

  • Interior

  • Exterior

  • Heat

  • Cold

  • Deficiency

  • Excess

TCM believes every disease can fit to these eight principals. It considers the body as a whole which each organ is part of this whole. The connection between the body and nature is a key element in the TCM treatment plan. It believes the body has the power to heal itself as the nature and prevention is the best treatment​.


TCM has different Healing Modalities which is based on Qi. Some of them are:


  • Acupuncture

  • Acupressure

  • Classical Herbal Therapy

  • Eating for Healing

  • Qigong

The Five Element theory understand that each organ has a specific emotion related to it which is in close relation with its function.


  • Liver is associated with Anger

  • Heart is associated with Joy

  • Spleen is associated with Worry

  • Lung is associated with Grief

  • Kidney is associated with Fear​​
